Certificate of Sportsmanship

A great reward, and encourager, for good sportsmanship! There are two Certificates of Sportsmanship to choose from. One requires quite a bit of coloring in by a child and the other doesn't. Simply print one (or both) out, write in a child's name, and display!

These certificates require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view properly
